Full step-by-step workflow
- Patient / family contacts hospital (phone, walk-in, or website).
- Reception creates CRM inquiry/lead and captures basic complaint details.
- Patient registration - unique Patient ID, ID/passport upload, contacts, emergency contact, medical/surgical history.
- Consent collected - consent signed + consent document uploaded.
- Medical Coordinator assigned - treatment status = Intake; case added to coordinator dashboard.
- Appointment booked with doctor (date/time/type) and confirmation/reminder sent.
- Patient arrives and checks in - queue token issued.
- Nurse records vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, SpO2, etc.).
- Doctor starts consultation (EMR) - chief complaint, examination notes.
- Doctor records provisional diagnosis (and ICD if available).
- Doctor orders laboratory tests from EMR.
- Lab staff process tests and upload results.
- Doctor reviews lab results.
- Doctor orders imaging (X-ray / CT / MRI as needed).
- Radiologist reports imaging; doctor reviews report.
- Doctor finalizes diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Doctor writes e-prescription.
- Pharmacist dispenses medicines and counsels patient.
- Finance generates OPD invoice (consult + lab + imaging + pharmacy).
- Payment collected / balance tracked.
- If higher care needed: Coordinator creates hospital/international referral with documents packet.
- Management reviews and approves referral; specialist assigned.
- Travel / admission planning (tickets, arrival, partner hospital admission).
- Treatment updates and documents archived during partner care.
- Discharge summary received - patient returns; referral marked completed.
- Final billing / outstanding balance cleared.
- Follow-up appointment scheduled.
- Follow-up consultation completed in EMR.
- Case closed - treatment status = Completed.
